Add Wortschatz & Grammatik A1 Abschnitt I (Verben) - Teil 2 Grammatik begins

Verb conjugation review, Imperativ, Perfekt/Präteritum, modal verbs (müssen/wollen/dürfen), mögen/möchte, and polite würden-requests (pp. 70-78, 11 sub-exercises). Flags Imperativ, the full sein/haben Präteritum paradigm, three new modal verbs, and würden + Infinitiv (Konjunktiv II, ~A2 level) as grammar beyond Menschen A1.1's scope.
