Add Lesen & Schreiben A1 Abschnitt B-D, backfill official answers for A

Browse Source 
User supplied a scan of the missing Lösungen pages (12 pages covering
the whole book), so all sections now cite official, publisher-verified
answers instead of derived guesses. Section A rewritten to match;
Sections B (Dinge), C (Alltag), and D (Essen und Trinken) added fresh.

Also corrected earlier hallucinated recollections of Section C/D
content from partial image-read failures - all content in this commit
was re-verified by direct page inspection before writing.

provided as a one-off file, not saved into this repo/D:\DL\Documents).
