Scaffold Hören & Sprechen A1, add Abschnitt A (Begrüßung)

Confirmed Hoeren_und_SprechenA1Lehrer.ir.pdf is the genuine Hueber
deutsch üben Hören & Sprechen A1 - self-contained, with full dialogue
transcripts and answers printed on the Lösung page following each
exercise (pp. 7-18, 8 exercises, CD-Tracks 2-16).

Checked meh-a11-transkriptionen.pdf: it's for "Menschen hier A1.1" (a
distinct BAMF integration-course edition), not the standard Menschen
A1.1 this repo's A1.1/ lesson files are built from. Set aside per user
decision; noted in INDEX.md so it isn't confused with the right book
later.

## Hören & Sprechen A1 (`hoeren-sprechen-a1/`)
Filed one section per lettered Abschnitt (A–H), same convention as the
other two books. Source file: `Hoeren_und_SprechenA1Lehrer.ir.pdf`
(confirmed to be the genuine Hueber *deutsch üben Hören & Sprechen A1*).
This book is self-contained: every exercise's full spoken text and
correct answers are printed on the very next "Lösung" page, so no
external audio or separate answer key was needed. Recurring characters
Lisa and Paul appear across multiple sections.
