Add Hören & Sprechen A1 Abschnitt H (Einkaufen), completing the book

Grocery counter, clothing, and electronics purchase dialogues plus a
final combined review (pp. 66-73, 4 exercises). Mostly new/
supplementary shopping vocabulary complementing the other two books.

Hören & Sprechen A1 is now fully processed end to end (Abschnitt A-H,
34 exercises). This completes all three Deutsch üben supplementary
books alongside the 12 Menschen A1.1 lesson files.
